The River Park has come a very long way since my days here as a kid, my only concern is with the splash pad. As necessary as it is with the South Texas heat, I've overheard parents encourage their children to relieve themselves right there in the water rather than walking them to the restrooms that aren't far away I…
It's a nice new city park... Nice for walking in the mornings... and having fun for the kids and families Hi Beautiful People of Pleasanton Texas. I like to share the idea of creating an Art gallery for the city of Pleasanton Texas...
For a city park, this one ticks ALOT of boxes. It's BIG, with 5 parking lots. Several play areas with equipment for kids. There's a couple miles of trails, many of which take you past countless pecan trees. We found many on the ground, and noted about 20 others doing the same.
Love this park so so much. 💛 They've made a lot of improvements over the years, which have been great. I especially love the Pecan Orchard Trail and the new dog park. I've always loved the huge oaks and swarms of ducks that hang out on the river.
