Confirmed from Post Oak - Dallas County Nature Preserve's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Easy hiking trails, plus a serene lake favored for fishing and lakeside views.

Very nice preserve, easy trails. Lake is nice place to catch crappie in March, but it’s a hike from parking lot to lake… about 7/10 of a mile.

Nice little trail for my weekend morning walks whenever I don’t feel like driving too far…. Minus one star due to the hornets that harass you but other than that it's perfect to soak in nature’s tranquility 🌿 my pup enjoyed it and that makes me happy 🐶
