Confirmed from Pratt Farm's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Leisurely space for walking trails (some steep, others easy) through hilly woodland.
What runners say about Pratt Farm
“Beautiful area, nice maintained paths for the most part and the main ones are stroller friendly.”
“Beautiful and peaceful woodland paths with some labeled trees and farm history plaques.”
“Nice spot to check out some ruins or walk the dog”
Beautiful area, nice maintained paths for the most part and the main ones are stroller friendly. Chance to get lost for a little bit with all the small trails leading off the main ones but they eventually lead back and the whole thing is just a big loop anyway!
Update 7/21/23: since I wrote this review I have been back multiple times but I went early this morning and there was dog feces everywhere and unfortunately I stepped in a huge pile on the way out. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
A good trail network (not too large not too small) 10/10 would hike/ruck/foxtrot (jog walk intervals with occasional hill dash challenge) again. Amenities and clear markings for some of the main trails and through trails, and outer range of the trails, leaves a little to be desired and therefore not my highest rating…
I love walking the dog here. I wish there was more places to walk him in Middleboro. No dog park cuz I guess too many people have fenced in yards or something, idk but there good for dogs to meet friends, it's helps thier mental health. Anyways this is the next best place besides the playground at night 🤣

The practical stuff
- AccessPosted hours — posted hours below; park gates sometimes close earlier than the listing says
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
