Confirmed from Price Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Local park offering peaceful trails for walking and wildlife spotting.
What runners say about Price Park
“A beautiful library nestled in a forested area with lots of nature walking trails surrounding it, a nice getaway for residents of Greensboro.”
“Nice walking trail with small serene creek.”
There are some genuine national treasures in the paths winding through the woods behind the library. Trees that were too difficult to harvest in the ravines are survivors from the age when a squirrel could cross the entire continent without touching the ground.
So much fun to enjoy and explore! One of Greensboro's hidden treasures! Bring your friends and your family and don't forget the camera! There's plenty to be see and if you get hungry, there's a bunch of restaurants and shops within walking distance
It is really calm here. I usually take my children to the library and then we will sit in some grassy areas to read and after we will go walk and learn on the trails that they have here. No playgrounds are available here but it is still a nice area for children to run around and play.
Price Park has a nice variety of outdoor places to walk around and admire. Conveniently located in the heart of Greensboro, and a safe place for families to spend time together getting some fresh air! Photos by Brooke Grogan Photography.
