Confirmed from Purcell Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
A 67-acre urban park with trails, baseball fields, tennis courts, picnic shelters & a playground.
What runners say about Purcell Park
“The park is well maintained and it also has a great walking path (good for strollers too).”
“Beautiful park with various trails to get your cardio in.”
Perfect stop off 81 for the kids. This playground is something designed by a genius with twisting tunnels, slides, stairs, and even mirrors. I had to drag the kids away. The park also offers lush grass fields, a gravel track/path, baseball fields, and nice bathrooms.
Beautiful park with various trails to get your cardio in. And a huge wooden castle for the kids to roam and play in
Nice trails for walking, jogging. The playground castle/fort is awesome for kids to climb and play on. The tennis courts, baseball/softball fields look ready for spring season.
This is a very fun park! Medieval themed playground with lots of fun surprises to find. Great walking path & clean bathrooms. Just an awesome park.
