Beautiful, but... The connecting trail is very poorly marked once you're on it, with signs actually down & loads of heavily trafficked minor, unofficial trails that will take you way off track if you're not paying close attention while enjoying the scenery.

Early morning 2025.06.03, after my overnight stay in Gallup NM, i went to Red Rock Park for a ramble of "Pyramid Rock Trail". The trail was in good condition, and seemed well-maintained. Scenic views along the way to and from the summit, and lots of sweet solitude.
