Excellent park, variety of trails, nice paved or gravel options. A couple nice lakes. I recommend doing the 4 mile trail all the way around!
Queeny Park is one of my favorite places to hike in the St. Louis area—beautiful, peaceful, and the perfect mix of nature and accessibility. The trails are well-marked and offer a good variety, whether you’re in the mood for a leisurely stroll or something more brisk and hilly.
The playground here has very little shade although the kids can keep out of it in the tunnels of the "pyramids". There were lots of people walking or bicycling around the lake and it is very pretty. You can fish here as well.
Really loved this park and all the trails and wildlife areas this park had to offer. Lots of variations of views and natural lands. Highly recommend for hikers!
