Confirmed from Quince Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

Sprawling green space with playgrounds, picnic tables and picnic areas, plus a walking path.

What runners say about Quince Park

Pulled from public reviews of this trail (375 of them) — the things people bring up again and again, in their own words. Nothing here is written by us.

🌳 shaded & cool 6 mentions

“In the summer heat, there is not much shade, which makes it a bit too hot to play, but the winter is perfect bc the sun warms us up!”

👟 good for all levels 3 mentions

“Great park for kids with two distinct play areas one of which is designed to mimic trees, rocks, and logs and provides challenging climbing elements for all ages.”

This is a nice spacious well kept dog friendly family park located in an established neighborhood. The people I've encountered during my multiple visits here have been super friendly and their dogs well behaved. The playground has great play structures and activities.

Great park! My 2-1/2 year old loves to climb and explore both sides of the park. In the summer heat, there is not much shade, which makes it a bit too hot to play, but the winter is perfect bc the sun warms us up!

Great park for kids with two distinct play areas one of which is designed to mimic trees, rocks, and logs and provides challenging climbing elements for all ages. There is an asphalt trail around the park for bikes or walking and off-street parking too.

Come here if you want your kids to be safe. You can easily find your kiddo from all angles. So hard some of the other parks where your saying to your friend where so and so ;) 😂😆 also you don't have to hear cussing from the older kids. Not many come here to visit.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.

The practical stuff

  • AccessPosted hours — posted hours below; park gates sometimes close earlier than the listing says
  • SurfacePaved — asphalt or concrete. Fast and predictable, runnable year-round, and fine with a stroller
  • DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
  • ShadeRunners describe real tree cover here — it makes a summer afternoon workable
  • At the trailheadrestrooms — reported by runners
  • DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
  • Stroller / wheelchairReported as smooth and step-free enough for a running stroller or a chair.
