Confirmed from Raymond Cameron Lake Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Park offering a walking trail and benches for sitting and observing nature.
What runners say about Raymond Cameron Lake Park
“This park is beautiful, the trail that connects it to Phelps is astonishing.”
It’s probably four stars because I’ve seen it so many times that I’m kind of bored with it. I jog by it, I ride my bike by it, and when the grandkids are in town, I’m usually walking them on it But I do take it for granted and I know that some of the most spectacular views I’ve encountered in Rockwall county for some…
Great place to go on walks or ride your bike. There's benches spread out around the park so you can stop and take in the beauty of the park/watch the birds! No bathrooms but that's never been a problem for me.
Beautiful gem of a park tucked away in Rockwall. Just don't think your walking trail will get you back home - you'll need to turn around at some point.
Great place to walk in solitude. However, if you're not from the subdivision surrounding the lake and need to use the restroom, sorry, there are none.
