Confirmed from Reagan Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
A clean recreation area for families featuring a splash pool and playgrounds.
What runners say about Reagan Park
“There is a public bathroom even tho not very clean but nice to have.”
“One of its highlights is the shaded picnic area, which provides a great place to sit and relax, especially on hot days.”
Waster splash isn’t working when we visited in Feb 2023. Nice park for kids otherwise. Lots of room to run on those hills. There is a public bathroom even tho not very clean but nice to have.
Has walking trail, workout spot, a water spot for the kids, playground for kids, a tennis court, and I really need gazebo with some historical statue.
Nice place to walk around. My dog enjoyed it too. Fun seeing the old Reagan school where I went to 3rd and 4th grade.
Trail conditions & character
“The park also features restrooms, which is a great convenience for families and those spending extended time outdoors.”

“One of its highlights is the shaded picnic area, which provides a great place to sit and relax, especially on hot days.”
“This park is conveniently located in the middle of town, making it an accessible and enjoyable spot for both locals and visitors.”

The practical stuff
- AccessPosted hours — posted hours below; park gates sometimes close earlier than the listing says
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeRunners describe real tree cover here — it makes a summer afternoon workable
- LightingRunners report lights on the path — useful for pre-dawn and after-work miles. Lighting and opening hours are separate things, so check both.
- At the trailheadrestrooms — reported by runners
- Stroller / wheelchairReported as smooth and step-free enough for a running stroller or a chair.
