Confirmed from Redlands Rock Creek Trail's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Redlands Rock Creek Trail
Very nice, long trail. It’s a dirt Rock Creek Trail between Muncaster Rd and Muncaster Mill Rd, north of where the paved Rock Creek Trail starts by Lake Needwood. Don’t get confused by the small branching trails—they just connect the two main trails at various points.
Easy out and back trail. I turned back after a while, but another review says it meets up with the paved Needwood trail. Nice and quiet. Just a spot or two for parking at this end.
