It's a cute little place. Didn't take long to walk it. The kids loved looking at the plants and trying to find all the animals and insect homes. Inside, they have fossils, a snake, and a spider to look at. There's a small gift shop and a kids area to play in.
A great. Place to explore nature. The animals were beautiful and weren’t really afraid of people. The trail was spectacular down to the Guadeloupe river. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the plants, animals, and river.
We had a wonderful time walking along the paved trail and looking at nature. I identified 13 new bird species on my Merlin app while walking on the trail. It is so peaceful and serene. A great place to visit while in Kerrville!
I loved walking around the outside of the center. It was connected to the river walk so that made it very easy to explore the area too.
