We have not been able to confirm the surface, distance or shape of Riverwalk yet from its own listing, the park's website or runner reviews — so those cells stay blank rather than guess. What is below comes straight from the listing and from reviewers' own words. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Waterfront walkway featuring cityscape views and an arts market.

“The sunny weather, live music in the park, and beautiful views created a perfect atmosphere.”
If weather is nice it’s a good place to walk around. You’ll encounter some shady people but normally they won’t bother you.
Great place to walk. Having the St. Johns River next to you, looking at the Jax skyline. Lots of energy to motivate!
Love to go here. This was North side. I like this side better even though currently parts are still under construction. You can go to love lock bridge and pending time and day River city Arts market. It is a very picturesque views of the city. Nighttime is the best. And you always seem to get a nice breeze on the walk.
This downtown river walk was a fantastic way to spend the day. The sunny weather, live music in the park, and beautiful views created a perfect atmosphere. The area was clean and refreshing, making it an ideal spot to relax. I took my skateboard for a ride and had an amazing, meditative experience. @ksyfate
