Confirmed from Robert and Ann Smith Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

This station on the Walnut Creek Linear Trail system in Mansfield TX is an entrance located in James McKnight Park West, off Wisteria Street where it dead ends into the park. There is a small, lit parking lot here. You can enter the 3.6-mile out-and-back trail system here. It parallels Walnut Creek for quite a while.

Nice place for a good hike, walk or bike ride. Basically clean with a decent amount of restrooms spread out evenly. A few areas to walk different routes where some are more challenging than others. A few playgrounds for adults to spend time with children in the park but not on the West entrance.

Great park to walk. Beautiful scenic photographic spots. Don't get to carried away because yes, you can severely hurt yourself if you allow yourself to. Aka !!DONT BE ST*PID!!
