Confirmed from Robert Frost Trailhead's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Robert Frost Trailhead
“May 16, 2021, beautiful hike through Robert Frost Trail starting at Robert Frost House Museum off 7a in Shaftsbury.”
I love peaceful places. This is one of my "go to's". It's not kept up a lot in the woods part, but it's a beautiful area! The Mile "Round is about a half mile away, and a better trail for a good long walk. A 1 mile, 3 mile, and a 6 mile trail over there. It's next to The Park McCullough House.
Beautiful, historic, mostly well-kept I'd say in comparison with other hikes around. More of a hike, less of a stroll, more up and down than the sign at the beginning by the stone house suggests. Lovely nonetheless.
This is a very nice short trail; great views of Lake Paran from the hillsides.

“Wear sturdy shoes since most of the trail is undeveloped so you'll ruin into tree roots and other uneven ground stuff.”
