Confirmed from Rock Springs Run Wildlife Management Area's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Scenic nature preserve with campsites & 17-miles of trails for biking, hiking & horseback riding.
What runners say about Rock Springs Run Wildlife Management Area

From Kings Landing you paddle 8.5 miles south to Wekiva Island. It’s a fun paddle as far as scenery, but it is definitely a workout. If you’re on a paddleboard, take off the middle fin if you can or use river fins. You’ll still get stuck a few times but it will be easier to get unstuck.
I did the Rock Springs Loops trail. It’s very much your standard Florida trail but there were a couple extra enjoyable points on the trail. The path was fairly well maintained though the sand gets fairly loose and deep at times. All in all an average Florida trail for an average walk with my dog.
Another great trail ride! Lol i just wish they had a monthly membership. This is looking like a twice a month Adventure. Tour guides are absolutely amazing! The horses couldn't be more sweet. We all around love this place!
I saw at least 3 different flocks of Turkeys. 1 buck crossing the road, an Alligator resting in the shade. Palm and Magnolia warblers. Very quiet place!!
