We have not been able to confirm the surface, distance or shape of Rosedale Nature Park yet from its own listing, the park's website or runner reviews — so those cells stay blank rather than guess. What is below comes straight from the listing and from reviewers' own words. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

🏞️ beautiful scenery 4 mentions

“Beautiful park, from the enclosed playground to the nature features to the woods and walking trails.”

AMAAAAZING playground for your kiddos! LOVE its nature theme and all the other activities you can do there other than just the playground! It has two different 3-story slides installed. The whole playground appears to be brand new to me! Looks super fun and nice!

This park is so cute and great for every age. There’s a playground, zip lines for big kiddos and little. A nice trail and more. Highly recommend

What a fantastic place to bring the kids and dogs to run around on the walking trails and dog park. The playground is very clean and well-built playground with soft rubber floor and high gate (that only adults can open), with huge slides, zip lines, and lots more.

Spectacular park! My kids had sooo much fun! The playground is fantastic but it’s the other stuff that really makes the playground. There are lots of fun natural areas for kids to play in. There are huge rocks along the walking trail that the kids had a blast climbing on. There is also workout equipment.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.

⛰️ Hills / elevation 7 mentions

“They love the "zip lines" on the main play area and also the hilly faux-slide (especially using pieces of cardboard down the hill).”
