We have not been able to confirm the surface, distance or shape of Rosendin Park yet from its own listing, the park's website or runner reviews — so those cells stay blank rather than guess. What is below comes straight from the listing and from reviewers' own words. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Rosendin Park
Nice little place for a walk near Anderson Lake. There's a few somewhat steep but short climbs, but most of the terrain is otherwise gentle. Some really nice views of the reservoir at the back of the park. Bikes allowed.
There are just under 3 miles of trails here which makes for a nice hour long neighborhood hike or dog walk. The unexpected bonus is the highest point of the park that gives you an incredible view of the surrounding area. No wonder Mr Rosendin wanted to build a house on that spot.
Nice easy trail with a couple of routes. A very easy loop around the pond and a longer steeper route around the park.

The practical stuff
- AccessHours vary — hours are not posted for this trail, so check before an early or late run
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
