One of the main reasons that I love this place is that the park is open 24/7. During the Spring/Summer seasons parking is free after 9p, and all day off-season. This is a really beautiful park directly on the water. It has large open spaces, a nice pond, paths for walking and some wonderful trees. In the warmer months you have to pay to park in the park's lot (beginning in mid-May) and it's very popular because you access the beach from the park as well.
I love this place. Beautiful lush green grounds on a slight hill plus a cement boardwalk area along the perimeter of the beach. Nice people. Many dogs.
This is one of my fav places, the summer is amazing, the vibes, the beach, the food and the people… but I also love the quiet winter season, it’s a perfect place for walks, take my dogs to play at the beach… there is so many things to do for all ages, the park is always very well taken care of.
