Confirmed from Sammamish River Trail's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

Wide paved trail good for biking, walking and skating. Some twigs and debris which you may make it hard for beginning skaters when you’re near the Bothell area. It goes from the Marmore Park area all the way to downtown Seattle.

This trail runs for long distances, connects up to many parks, is river side with plenty of green areas and forests as well as bridges on the way through. You could spend an entire summer back packing along this trail and its link trails and still not see it all.
