Confirmed from San Dieguito River Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Open space park in the San Dieguito River Valley with a network of hiking, biking, and equestrian trails.

San Dieguito River Park (Coastal) is a great place to get close-up views of the San Dieguito Lagoon. There are three trails in the area. The River Path Del Mar starts/ends at the Grand Avenue Overlook and runs along San Dieguito Drive, crossing Jimmy Durante Boulevard and continuing along the river towards the coast.
Trail Series, Part 3 The “Coast to Crest Trail” is located in Del Mar, CA and can be accessed in several places including at San Dieguito Park on San Andres Drive, just South of Via De La Valle.
Nice trail for a nice walk or bike ride to and back from the coast. Watch out for the golf balls!
We had lunch on Sunday at Viewpoint Brewery with our dog and walked along this park. The entrance is close to the brewery. We walked around 3 miles. It is an easy trail with beautiful scenery, quiet, and clean.
