We have not been able to confirm the surface, distance or shape of Sand Springs Lake Park yet from its own listing, the park's website or runner reviews — so those cells stay blank rather than guess. What is below comes straight from the listing and from reviewers' own words. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Family-friendly outdoor space with a lake, benches and covered picnic tables.

Located near the very nice down town sand springs area. Has Clean covered picnic tables, and safe walking paths. pretty water areas for fishing or feeding the ducks and geese.
Sandsprings lame is an amazing place for social distancing. The path is paved for bikes and skate's etc.. there's fishing,a gazebo and they have a little red box with books. This really is my first picnic with just God and me. It's kinda cool.
This is a very clean and quiet place to go. This park has a nice walking trail around a beautiful lake. You can go fishing or if u want to sit and relax and read a book at the box they have for free under there gazebo or any of there benches they have around the lake.
It's a nice place to walk around. You can't walk around the entire lake due to houses. There's a lovely gazebo for you to have a party or picnic.
