Confirmed from Sanderson Gulch Park & Trail's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Park offering open, grassy space with picnic tables, plus a paved trail for biking & running.

Great place to not run into a lot of people. Hidden gem. I've only seen one other person there. Connects to Belleview park and platt river trail via bike path, very convenient.

Its actually a very cute easily accessible path and playground for kids. Just wish it was cleaner and maintained a little better.
It's a pretty new park when I was growing up it was dirt hills with a bunch of jumps we used to ride our bikes there all the time
