Confirmed from Sanlando Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

I love the park and trail. It's beautiful for sun gazing. You can ride your bike and go for a jog on the trail. They have plenty of things to do. Basketball 🏀, Tennis 🎾 hand ball and softball field. It's very clean and quiet. I love relaxing in my thoughts here!

This is a lovely neighborhood park in central Altamonte Springs that my fur baby and I enjoy strolling. It has just over a mile of scenic shaded paved trails, and is actually a section of the Wekiva Trail.

Dogs are not allowed in the actual park. However you can park your car here if you’d like to access the trail with your dog. Love all the different sport areas. Ample parking. Nicely kept. Would visit again.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.

🚻 Restrooms 7 mentions

“There's ample parking, a playground, restroom facilities, a few covered picnic pavilions with barbecue grills, and basketball, tennis, and volleyball courts.”
