Confirmed from Scenic Heights Trailhead Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Scenic Heights Trailhead Park
“It's a great place beautiful view of the mountains when its clear and the inlet”
This is a small park that starts a trail along the shores of the city of Oak Harbor. It starts past some condos but then transitions into undeveloped reserve area with birds and bunnies. This opens onto the City Beach Park walk along the shore.
Its a super cool anomaly spot where if your stand in the middle square it makes your voice amplify and echo pretty cool super weird. its also the trail head to the beach trails to city Beach and is a very pleasant walk with a spectacular view.
Neat little park marking the beginning of the Oak Harbor "Shoreline Trail", with great pictorial information boards. Zoom in on pictures to read them!
Very nice! 1.5 mile Trail through a marsh and a waterfront along Windjammer Park and all the way over to Flintstone Park. Highly recommended
