Confirmed from Schuylkill Banks Boardwalk's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
This continuation of the Schuylkill River Trail extends over water & offers scenic lookout points.

The Schuykill Banks Boardwalk is an amazing place for a leisurely stroll. Our journey began at the art museum, where we embarked on a pleasant 2.5-mile walk from the back parking lot to the boardwalk's end. Over the years, I have witnessed the transformation of this area into a fantastic spot for physical activity.
One of few places to enjoy the beautiful Philly view! Very nice clean and calm place. An entrance through Locust St leads to the boardwalk. Benches available along the boardwalk to enjoy the view. One can also rent a bike from Indigo bike share station from S 25th Street.
