Confirmed from Seabreeze Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Kid-friendly spot with fields, slides, and a play area.
What runners say about Seabreeze Park
“Big open area of grass for running around bathrooms are decently clean.”
Very clean and maintained. Good amount of benches. Baseball ground is right next to the park hence, it keeps the place lively. A small but nice children's play area and ample parking space definitely makes this place great for daily walks and children's play
This place is a close walk from my house. I enjoy coming here if I just want to get out of house for few minutes. It's never super crowded so kind of feels like it's my backyard.
Really nice park for the kids, has a play structure with slides and stuff. needs a swing or two and it should be perfect. Good area for running or maybe just a stroll.
There's a reason it's called Seabreeze. Usually has a breeze blowing though. Great park though. Big open area of grass for running around bathrooms are decently clean.

The practical stuff
- AccessPosted hours — posted hours below; park gates sometimes close earlier than the listing says
- SurfacePaved — asphalt or concrete. Fast and predictable, runnable year-round, and fine with a stroller
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- At the trailheadparking, restrooms — reported by runners
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
