We have not been able to confirm the surface, distance or shape of Seatuck National Wildlife Refuge yet from its own listing, the park's website or runner reviews — so those cells stay blank rather than guess. What is below comes straight from the listing and from reviewers' own words. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Nature reserve featuring hiking trails and an old mansion for educational uses.
What runners say about Seatuck National Wildlife Refuge
“Well groomed trails, meandering through beautiful bayside marshes.”
Really beautiful refuge. The trails are on the outskirts. Nice. The beach at the end is for the town but the environmental center on the other side of the road is worth checking out and has trails as well. Totally worth it.
Well groomed trails, meandering through beautiful bayside marshes. Inside their gorgeous facilities, there is a wonderful educational component that fully fleshes out this institution, and will serve to educate upcoming generations as to the importance of understanding our natural environment.
