We have not been able to confirm the surface, distance or shape of Sebago to the Sea Trail Section 2 yet from its own listing, the park's website or runner reviews — so those cells stay blank rather than guess. What is below comes straight from the listing and from reviewers' own words. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

Very pleasant section of the Sebago to Sea Trail. Easy walk for anyone. Please bring your dogs. Then introduce me to your dogs. Thank you.
Quiet little spot to take a stroll or have a picnic or even bring your bike to connect to the mount division trail nearby
Nice place. Parking lot along road. Free online QR code land use permit system. Chain of at least 3 lakes with some decent bass and pickerel fishing short walk down the tracks.
Confusing trailhead, but we just followed a small path and quickly got to VERY well-marked trails. Mostly flat, so my 4yo loved it. Highly recommend!
