Confirmed from Cummings Preserve Trailhead's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Cummings Preserve Trailhead
“The scenery is beautiful throughout and you are seldom far from the sound of rushing water.”
A little known place that is a bit out of the way, a spectacular experience! I spoke to friends who live within 2-3 miles of it and had never been there! Seldom more than 2-4 other people there. We went during a time of high water, so the river was flowing rapidly.
Very easy hiking with a pretty river to follow. Very limited parking so get there early.
Gorgeous place to walk and enjoy the water. Clean, accessible, obscure enough that it's not overrun (which this review does nothing to help).
Beautiful Place to hike and fish. Easy trail but not suitable for carriages or strollers. Loved it. So Pretty. Well traveled when we went.
