Confirmed from Sebago to the Sea Trail Section 4's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Sebago to the Sea Trail Section 4
“There are beautiful garden beds other way to the entrance.”
My husband and I try to ride this trail weekly. It is one of our favorite rail trails. There are porta potties along the way at the Gambo soccer fields too. We love the challenge toward the end where we can head up the wide dirt path. Great 12mi path
I love nature, being out inthe Maine woods will give your mind some relaxation, or it can be run and mountain bikes are used and snow mobile inthe winter. There are beautiful garden beds other way to the entrance.Foraging is excellent in September and October. It's not the easiest hike, not flat in many places.
A well maintained trail, except for lack of signage, so here's a description. There's free public parking at the Cumberland County Soil & Water District, 35 Main St. You go all the way to the back of the fire station annex and you will see the trail on the left and right.
Wonderful place for a run, walk or bike ride. Dog friendly, not crowded and mostly friendly people.
