Confirmed from Sebald MetroPark's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Park with creek access for swimming and exploration, plus playgrounds, and picnic areas.
What runners say about Sebald MetroPark
“It is just as well kept and beautiful now as it was then and I enjoyed taking my children on the trails and the play grounds!”

The creek is a lot of fun! They have some smaller playgrounds that aren’t great honestly, but they have a new-ish one that’s nice, my kids love the newest one. I wish they’d add some more up-to-date playgrounds! They have shelters that you can reserve for parties, all but the one next to the newest park have tables.
Beautiful, clean, fun park. The have a nice playground, nature trails, and a creek my child loved. Still wonderful and clean
Nice trail that allows horses. Cleanly cut and very wide paths. Lots of nearby covered picnic tables and bathrooms. Had a great walk with my dog, didn’t see anyone else there at the time though. A little muddy, and some vehicle tracks on the path.
Generations of my family has enjoyed this park over the decades. It is just as well kept and beautiful now as it was then and I enjoyed taking my children on the trails and the play grounds!
