Confirmed from Sebastian Inlet State Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

We had a wonderful experience at Sebastian Inlet. We saw a ton of turtles, which was amazing, and it was really cool watching people fishing all along the inlet. The scenery is beautiful, the water is crystal clear in spots, and there’s always something interesting happening.

★★★★★ — Scot , Dec 2025

We recently stayed at Sebastian Inlet State Park and it is by far one of the best state parks we’ve visited. There is so much to do, beach fishing, jetty fishing, and river fishing all in one location.

★★★★★ — Ivette , Apr 2026

This state park is absolutely beautiful! There is so much to see and do from swimming and fishing to museums and sand dollar searching! You can come visit for the day or camp for the night swim safely in the little inlet cove or run down to the beach! Fun for everyone!

One of our favorite places by far. Get to see dolphins and manatees on the side by the bowl inlet. The beach is relatively clean and shallow in most of the spots the days we visited. The boardwalk waves were insanely high due to the off shore hurricanes but the inlet was nice and calm.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
