Confirmed from Seneca Ridge Trail at Black Rock Mill's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Forest and stream offering biking and hiking trails, plus a preserved mill building.

I absolutely love Black Rock Mill and Seneca Ridge Trail. The scenery is gorgeous, lots of shade, and great trail for pets and people of all athletic abilities. Stop by the water and enjoy the sounds of nature.
If you are looking for a quiet, beautiful wooded trail this is one to check out. You will quickly encounter the historical mill building. It is only partially preserved but there is excellent signage to explain the working of the mill.
I mountain-biked this trail in the late fall, and it was fantastic! It goes up and down, with nothing to hairy. The skull shrine is definitely worth pausing to admire.
