Confirmed from Serfas Club Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

What runners say about Serfas Club Park

Pulled from public reviews of this trail (258 of them) — the things people bring up again and again, in their own words. Nothing here is written by us.

🏞️ beautiful scenery 4 mentions

“Parking is awesome and the area is very beautiful.”

🌾 quiet & peaceful 3 mentions

“We had a wonderful time just sitting in the middle of the park, which was very peaceful.”

This is such a beautiful park! I stopped here to eat my lunch and then walked several laps around the sidewalk trail. There's a nice covered picnic area, a cute playground, and two baseball/softball fields. The park was clean and well maintained. Really enjoyed my time here!

★★★★★ — Sarah , Oct 2021

I visited with my son and wife that day. We had a wonderful time just sitting in the middle of the park, which was very peaceful. It being a bit chilli that day the scenery was perfect allowing us to be warmed by the sun.

★★★★☆ — Shane , Feb 2020

Very peaceful and close by to my house. Me and wifey take long slow romantic walks in the middle of the night sometimes. During the day I bring my two little fury babies for walks. They love running around.

★★★★★ — Ray , Jan 2026

Really great place to walk since they have a sidewalk track which I think is 1/3 mile... Must fact check later... The grass is a little weedy and patchy, but good for casual use soccer and baseball. The palyground is great for toddlers with the infant style swings and smaller play set.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.

🏞️ Scenic views 7 mentions

“Oh, and the Prado View Elementary School kids still use the vending machine as a way to climb up and peer down in to the restrooms.”

The practical stuff

  • AccessPosted hours — posted hours below; park gates sometimes close earlier than the listing says
  • SurfacePaved — asphalt or concrete. Fast and predictable, runnable year-round, and fine with a stroller
  • DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
  • ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
  • At the trailheadparking, restrooms, water — reported by runners
  • DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
  • Stroller / wheelchairReported as smooth and step-free enough for a running stroller or a chair.
