Confirmed from Sergeant Jasper Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

This beautiful park is named to honor William Jasper, an American Revolutionary War hero. It is quiet and secluded, but not far from everything: I-95, Hardeeville, Savannah, Hilton Head and more. Several lakes provide a nice ambiance for walking, kayaking, canoeing, picnicking, disc golf and the kids' playground.

This park is wonderful! It’s not too far from the highway and has so much to offer. There is a playground, trails, picnic tables, clean bathrooms, and a boardwalk around a large pond. They have frisbee golf and fishing available as well.

Very nice park. Very clean bathrooms. Good play ground for the kids. Lots of walking trails. Looked like a really nice disc golf course too.

★★★★★ — Paul , Nov 2025

Very nice place to walk my dogs. The park was very clean and had several nice trails to follow. We walked to the end of one trail that ended at an open field with bridges onto an island. We saw many turtles and a few herons. People were fishing and it was a very pleasant walk.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
