Confirmed from Sessions Woods Wildlife Management's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Large woodland featuring hiking trails, waterfalls, a beaver pond and interpretive exhibits.

I live minutes away so I know the trails intimately. The trails are great for all skill levels with miles of technical stuff. It can get soggy near streams and swamps but they dry out fairly quickly. The bonus is you have Nassahegen Recreational Complex across the street.
Big parking area for many trails to choose from . All trails app have many Different paths that you can take in different heights that you can do definitely and easy to moderate hike. Beautiful area to check out. We saw Bear prints here and alot of wildlife.
Great peaceful hike for anyone. There are multiple mini trails off of the main trail.
