Confirmed from Shelby Bottoms - Forrest Green Trailhead's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Sprawling park for cycling, walking and running with trails along the Cumberland River, plus wildlife.

Our family visited this trail today and really enjoyed it. The path is mostly flat and well-paved, which made for an easy and comfortable walk. It’s a pretty long trail, we ended up walking about 3 miles, but it never felt too difficult or overwhelming.
A wonderful trail full of wildlife, great shading, and places to rest along the way! My wife and I are from out of town and we took our dog here every day we visited. We saw multiple deer on each walk, and lots of birds that were unique to the ones we were used to seeing.
