Confirmed from Shelby Bottoms Greenway Trailhead's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Greenway alongside the Cumberland River with paved trails for hiking and biking.
What runners say about Shelby Bottoms Greenway Trailhead
“Can be a little crowded depending on the time of day but the scenic views are always worth it!”
“Beautiful little park and great for a walk/run/ride!”
Beautiful little park and great for a walk/run/ride! The paved pathway is full of big hills (we are in the mountains) We simply needed to get outside for a walk and this place hit the spot. We didn't get to explore much but we'll be back this week for more.
Great views and great trail! I love that the nature center is there. It is a great environment to learn about nature surrounding the area.
One of my favorite spots to go walking! Can be a little crowded depending on the time of day but the scenic views are always worth it!
Great walking/running/biking trail. Highly suggest starting near the wave pool area so you can go over the pedestrian bridge twice. Amazing views!
