Confirmed from Sholom Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Picturesque green space with a stately pavilion, a pond & landscaped gardens, plus paved paths.
What runners say about Sholom Park
“Well kept grounds, clean restrooms and ample parking.”
“Beautiful park with breathtaking views, meditative vibe, botanical curiosities, geometrically designed walkways and beautiful foliage and atmosphere.”
“The park is beautifully maintained and incredibly peaceful — the perfect spot to get recentered, pray, meditate, and gather your thoughts.”
I have been to this park a couple of times and it is a great place to walk, meditate, enjoy nature and just to have some quiet time. They have plenty of benches around the park if you need to take a break or if you just want to sit and enjoy nature or have some quiet time. I wish we had a park like this in GA!
This was my first time visiting a park like this, and it was absolutely amazing! The park is beautifully maintained and incredibly peaceful — the perfect spot to get recentered, pray, meditate, and gather your thoughts.
44 acre park open to the public 7 days a week. It has about 2 miles of walking trails that have different tranquil themes. This park was designed for the practice of meditation with subtle reminders to enjoy nature by observing in silence.
Beautiful park! Pretty walking paths, mostly flat, easy for my sister in a wheelchair. The zen garden is so peaceful, a great place to reflect and meditate. The labyrinth has signs along the way that help guide your experience. Take a journal, breathe, slow down and enjoy!

- AccessPosted hours — posted hours below; park gates sometimes close earlier than the listing says
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
