Confirmed from Sibley Nature Center's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Nature center with programs, tours & exhibits highlighting the wildlife & flora of the region.
What runners say about Sibley Nature Center
“Lots of open space and the pond in the back is a very serene spot to sit for a while.”
“There's almost always a family friendly, kid oriented activity on the weekends.”
The staff was so friendly and informative. We enjoyed the trails . Nice to see ducks in the pond. We enjoyed it
Wondrously rustic nature trail and an awesome indoor learning center to boot! I've been coming here with my kids for well over ten years and we absolutely love it! There's almost always a family friendly, kid oriented activity on the weekends. Everything from live animal demonstrations to learning about local wildlife.
Great park and trails. Lots of open space and the pond in the back is a very serene spot to sit for a while. Only issue I have here has nothing to do with the park itself. Just wish the people visiting with pets would pick up after them.
If you live in Midland you MUST go here at least once, but honestly I come here most Fridays with my two dogs because it's the nicest place to walk in Midland. There isn't much shade or tree coverage (because honestly...it's Midland) so bring your sunscreen! Love the bumble bee garden too!
