Confirmed from Signal Hill Reservation's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Signal Hill Reservation
Signal Hill, on the Canton/Westwood/Norwood MA borders. 2 minutes from Westwood Station and University Ave., this Trustees of the Reservation property is a great little find. Easy to get to off University Ave and Canton St.
Easy 1 to 2 mile walk, depending on what route you choose. This area is a total of 200 acres in the town of Canton, edge of Westwoodm If you walk to the top of the hill you have a magnificent view of Boston. If you walk the lower level, where parking is located, you can enjoy the nature trail along the Neponset River.
Kind of difficult to find lol but once you do there’s a beautiful view of Boston from the hill
Dog friendly but very short trail. Still it was nice running up to the top with our dogs.
