Confirmed from SilverRock Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about SilverRock Park
“The cultural center is also quite a standout and appears to be a stunning location for wedding receptions or special gatherings.”
“Great scenery, plenty of shade trees with well placed benches and water fountains.”
“Quiet park where tons of dogs can be found romping around off-leash (which is normally illegal but the city doesn’t enforce it).”
“Really nice dog friendly park, dogs are supposed to be on leash, but expect some friendly off leash dogs at times.”
La Quinta's newest park with a lovely outdoor music pavilion, walking trails, and other amenities. Located inside the gates of the SilverRock Golf Course.
Beautiful park. Restrooms are extremely well kept. Dog water bowl worked while we were there. Great scenery, plenty of shade trees with well placed benches and water fountains. For a casual visit, expect at least 45 minutes to walk all of the park and stream. As others have mentioned, not many other people.
The park features some great extras that you don't find everywhere, like the bocce ball courts and an amphitheater that looks like a fantastic venue for musical events. The cultural center is also quite a standout and appears to be a stunning location for wedding receptions or special gatherings.
Wow, just wow. This park is such a gem in the desert! The outdoor concert series is the main reason we visit but the new bocce ball section is amazing, the views of the mountains are spectacular and there are walking and running trails too. Highly recommend!
