Confirmed from Sope Creek Mountain Bike Trail's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Hilly, kid-friendly spot for hikers and cyclists that features mountain-biking trails and creek views.

One of my favorite trails near my house here in East Cobb, Marietta. Not many places in this area match the beauty. Trails are generally well maintained and are numerous.
Very nice clean trails, well marked thats shared by runners, hikers and bikers. Trail leads to the paper mill ruins. Recommendable hike!
After many years away from MTB and general trail riding, my son and I decided to get back into it. Sope Creek is a true gem here in the ATL area. Well-marked trails with maps at nearly every path intersection.
The early bird has many parking lots available for car parking, and even between 8-9 am, there are still some spots available. 40 mins hiking trails. When comparing it to the Cochran Shoals Trail, there are fewer people who come here to exercise.

The practical stuff
- AccessHours vary — hours are not posted for this trail, so check before an early or late run
- SurfaceNatural surface — easiest on the joints and the most fun, but expect roots, rocks and mud after rain
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
