Confirmed from South Park, Junction City's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

What a great place to go for exercising to walk your dog to have a family gathering such as a barbecue there’s also a disc course and baseball field to enjoy. The trail is well landscaped and clean, you have a space to ride your bike and jog.

Dog park is a former baseball diamond; to encourage grass to grow there is a large sprinkler... AKA a doggy mud pit. People are nice and poop bags are well stocked. Lots of doggy land mines anyway though.

Paved trail, frisby golf ⛳, baseball ⚾️ fields, play grounds & covered shelter. Great place to bring the family 👪. Would recommend the addition of pet bag stations along the trail & gently ask pets lovers to please utilize them.

★★★★☆ — Cherie , Jun 2019

Went bike riding here last October. The path was quite nice, paved a good amount of the time and nice and smooth. There is a high overlook to the south of Junction City down Hwy 77 that is quite lovely. There were benches at various spots to rest if you are walking.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
