A gem for sure! Very pet friendly and paved paths that help after a rainy day knowing you can still go get out. Very nice atmosphere and plenty of wildlife to enjoy also
I love to walk dogs here. Easy trail with shade; soothing mini waterfall, shallow stream & well-maintained playground equipment. Just watch for goose poop.
The walking trail is 1.89 miles out and back, however only 1.23 miles are pet-friendly. After the tunnel, there’s a “No Pets Allowed” sign. Nice peaceful area overall, just wish I could have walked the entire thing with my dogs. Oh well!
It's definitely changed, since I used to come here, decade's ago. But, it's different in a good way, as well. Granted, not gonna get a 5 star, because of the walking path not raised up, like it should have been, so those who are walking along, after a decent rain, would have to stray off the track for a bit, to get…
