Confirmed from South Suburban Trail System's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

What runners say about South Suburban Trail System

Pulled from public reviews of this trail (58 of them) — the things people bring up again and again, in their own words. Nothing here is written by us.

🏞️ beautiful scenery 6 mentions

“It's not the most scenic walk, but it's still nice if you are short on time.”

This is really good trial for the beginners. This trail is very modarate by difficulty level. Trial is surrounded by lots of community house back yards so it not kind of not a deserted place. This trial has small creek which is ideal for some water activities. Seen some kids swimming in that place.

Highly recommend these easy flat trails, handicap accessible throughout, mild terrain. Be careful of coyotes day or night they are out and like to hide in plain sight. Regularly walk my dogs through here and speed walk for exercise.

★★★★★ — Allison , Feb 2024

This is a fun place for a quick walk. It's not the most scenic walk, but it's still nice if you are short on time.

★★★★★ — Cameron , Mar 2022

Good trails make a convenient option for outdoor rides without a lot of driving.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
