What runners say about Southwest Greenway Bagley Trailhead
Detroit's southwest Greenway is just about one mile long, connecting the Train Station to Ralph Wilson Park on Jefferson at the waterfront. The pavement is smooth, and there are street crossings at Bagley and Jefferson. The path is very smooth concrete with a small grade if you want to Rollerblade or Bike.
Such a great spot to walk or bike. Connects Bagley to what will be the extended river walk. Love this precious green space.
A grade-separated trail-with-rails, Southwest Greenway (aka Mays Creek Greenway), connects the Detroit RiverWalk and Ralph C. Wilson, Jr. Centennial Park with Southwest Greenway Bagley Trailhead (next-door to Ford Motor Company's new-in-2022 Bagley Mobility Hub Parking Garage).
It's a short but interesting and peaceful trail connecting the Detroit RiverWalk to Michigan Central, Roosevelt Park, and Corktown.
