Confirmed from Southwest Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Playground, running track and basketball court amid a green space also featuring fields, swings and slides.
What runners say about Southwest Park
“Everything is well maintained and there are always a lot of people there.”
Great very well maintained park. There is a side walk around the general purpose field where you can run or walk laps and next to it is one of the nicest dog parks I've seen. However they are constantly doing " maintenance" here with constant noise.
This is a nice park because of the variety of things available. There are soccer fields, a running track, baseball diamonds, a nice playground and basketball courts (that I can think of). Everything is well maintained and there are always a lot of people there.
Oh my goodness there's a delightful 🐕 🐕 park one part for small dogs and separate part for large dogs water apparatus shade even something to wash off the dogs i and my Austin and Lucas had fun . Thanks to the Pielocks who so generously donated this park ☺
Nice place to walk, jog, skate, or bike ride. The dog owners are the one's who's aggravating because they walk their dogs on the fields or on the basketball court, like there aren't plenty of other areas to walk their dogs

- SurfacePaved — asphalt or concrete. Fast and predictable, runnable year-round, and fine with a stroller
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
