Confirmed from Crane Creek Promenade's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Famous viewing point for observing manatees as well as site of interpretative mammal exhibits.
What runners say about Crane Creek Promenade
“Very clean with great fishing and walking.”
“This beautiful fishing spot is just next to the busy downtown Melbourne shops and restaurants.”
“My serene hangout I could see the pools of fish as well and can actually park my car safely.”
Very nice place to walk! Sometimes there are dolphins and manatees and even alligators!
I love to visit Crane Creek Promenade. Today we saw manatees, pelicans, Florida hares, lots of fish. The walk itself is made with a "no-heat" surface, so safe for paws. It is lovely to sit and watch the sailboats come in as the sun goes down.
This beautiful fishing spot is just next to the busy downtown Melbourne shops and restaurants. We took a short walk from the shops down to check for manatees. You can also rent a kayak and paddle up the river a ways.
Peaceful. Great river view. Great view of the trains. Food in walking distance
